SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Our schedule will be as follows:
On the first day we will meet in Nairobi for a short briefing on the safari and have a relaxed evening, to ensure we are fully refreshed for the start of our adventure the next day.
The next morning we will be heading to Samburu and Buffalo Springs National Reserve for 2 nights to get a first look at the elephants and this beautiful region in the north of Kenya, crossing the Equator en route.
The Tree Tops Lodge in Aberdares National Park will be our stop for the following night, with a great opportunity to spot some wildlife at night around a floodlit waterhole from the comfort of our armchairs!
The next morning we are off to Lake Nakuru to admire the famous, plentiful flamingos and a bonus today could mean a sighting of the very rare black rhino. This scenic park is also a great place to spot white rhino and leopard.
And then, the highlight of our trip - we are on our way to 3 nights in the glorious Masai Mara National Reserve to see cheetahs, lions, elephants and a huge array of other game in this prolific wildlife area. We will also have the chance to visit a local Maasai settlement to learn more about how this very traditional community lives. We will be staying in a private, small luxury campsite and it will make for a truly ‘away from the masses’ experience.
Our last day will be a relaxed morning in the Mara and departure after breakfast in order to be back in Nairobi to catch our flights home that evening.

This safari will give you an excellent overview of the diversity of the Kenyan people, as well as its abundant wildlife; all in one of the most amazing natural settings in Africa.

It will especially be a feast for photographers, of ALL levels!!

This will be on a “first come, first served” basis, and I will be happy to arrange flights for you, provided that you are departing from the US.

I am working with the most experienced, amazing and wonderful people in Kenya, who have been in the travel industry for 15 years.

Translations to German are available on this safari, without additional charge.
